Two prestigious vineyard sites for Willamette Valley Chardonnay come together to reveal this beauty...Hoy Vineyard and Olson Estate Vineyard. This opulent wine is full of ripe apple flavors enhanced by aromatic cooking spices and a slight touch of oak. Bright acidity on the palate is well balanced with the texture and depth from the 31% new French oak used in fermentaion. The complexity from the palate extends throughout the generous finish. Beautiful now, this wine will show even better after 3-5 years of cellaring.
