2018 Hoy Vineyard Pinot Noir
This southwest-facing vineyard sits at an elevation of 470 feet in alluvial and rich volcanic soils of the Chehalem Mountains. Aged in 19% new French oak, this rich and complex wine exhibits sweet aromas of dark cherries and rose petals. The bright flavors are concentrated with notes of sweet red and dark fruits framed by a complexity of umami and earth notes. The sweet tannins of this wine linger from beginning to end, carrying an elegance throughout the finish.
