This bright and delightful Viognier is produced with fruit from Soloro Vineyard in the Applegate Valley of Oregon. The grapes were crushed and pressed into a small stainless steel tank to ferment. The result is a brilliant wine of bright acidity and complexity. It begins with a sweet floral aroma of honeysuckle and banana and leads to flavors of citrus notes and spice. The finish is quite lengthy with intense minerality. This is the perfect summer sipper!
